Israel Air Force Attacks More Than 2,000 Hezbollah Terror Targets in Lebanon

The Israel Air Force has struck over 2,000 Hezbollah targets in Lebanon since the campaign began, supporting IDF ground troops.

Jerusalem, 5 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that, since the beginning of the campaign against the terrorist organization Hezbollah in Lebanon, the Israel Air Force has attacked more than 2,000 targets in support of IDF ground forces in southern Lebanon, using fighter jets, attack helicopters and remotely piloted aircraft.

The Air Force’s control rooms and teams are in direct contact with the fighting forces and accompany the fighting in the various sectors, directing the forces in the field and eliminating threats in rapid circle closures, sometimes within a few meters of the forces, said the IDF.
