436 High Schools Awarded Differential Compensation for Previous Academic Year
436 Israeli high schools earned differential compensation for the 2025-2026 academic year, with staff receiving financial rewards for educational achievements.
Jerusalem, 23 August, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Education Ministry announced that 436 high schools across Israel will receive differential compensation for the 2025-2026 academic year, after significantly advancing their achievements in ethical, social, and academic areas.
Teaching staff at the winning Schools Will receive financial rewards ranging from 3,725.54 Shekels ($1,096) to 9,934.79 shekels ($2,922), in accordance with an agreement between the Education Ministry, the Teachers’ Union, and the Finance Ministry.
