The investigative team has been allocated all the capabilities, resources, and technological and operational means of the Israel Police required to locate the suspects and ensure full legal accountability. Our message to all lawbreakers is clear and unequivocal: we will act with a firm hand and determination against anyone who chooses to harm citizens and public officials, and against anyone who attempts to threaten the rule of law, wherever and whenever necessary. This determination was also evident in recent days, with the solving of an assassination attempt on the Mayor of Arraba and his deputy, following an intensive and complex investigation by the Northern District Special Investigations Unit. From the investigation material, it emerged that the background to the incident in Arraba was tenders for garbage disposal in the city.
