Jerusalem Police investigate suspected murder in East Jerusalem following a violent family dispute, restoring order and commending officers' swift response.
Additional large police forces were dispatched, and public order was restored. The Commander of the Jerusalem District, Superintendent Avshalom Peled, arrived at the scene and held a special situation assessment with the commanders of the forces and the officers who operated at the location, during which he praised the determination and swift response of the fighters in the face of the suspects who endangered their lives. The investigation into the murder incident was assigned to the Crime Fighting Unit of the Kedem region.
