Following rapid investigative actions and extensive searches by police officers and Border Police fighters in East Jerusalem, the suspect was arrested as mentioned while in his vehicle. A knife and an assault weapon were found during a search of the vehicle, and he was transferred for further investigation to the Special Roles Unit in the Jerusalem District, along with his wife who was with him.
