Israel Air Force Eliminates Hezbollah Missile Array Unit Commander
The Israel Air Force eliminated Hezbollah missile array commander Muhammad Musa Matirkh in Nabatiyeh, Lebanon, responsible for numerous rocket and UAV launches.
Jerusalem, 1 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that the Israel Air Force struck yesterday, Sunday, in the Nabatiyeh area in Lebanon and eliminated Muhammad Musa Matirkh, commander of a unit in the missile array of the Hezbollah Terror organization.
Matirkh was responsible for advancing and executing hundreds of rocket and unmanned aerial vehicle launches toward civilians of the State of Israel and IDF forces, including Golani Brigade forces operating in the Beaufort area, who directed the Air Force to his elimination.
