Israel Air Force Destroys Hezbollah Terror Infrastructures Hidden in Lebanese Civilian Areas
The Israel Air Force has destroyed Hezbollah terror infrastructures and weapons caches hidden within Lebanese civilian areas, the IDF reported.
Jerusalem, 6 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that the Israel Air Force (IAF) destroyed a series of terror infrastructures and weapons caches hidden in the heart of civilian populations across Lebanon.
Over the past few days, the IAF identified and targeted in a “focused manner” launchers and weapons caches that were concealed within buildings and civilian infrastructures in several different areas in Lebanon.
“The Hezbollah terror organization operates from within the Lebanese civilian population and cynically exploits it in order to carry out terror plots against the civilians of the State of Israel and IDF forces,” said the IDF.
Prior to the strikes, measures were taken to minimize harm to civilians, including the use of precision weaponry, aerial observations, and additional intelligence information.
The IDF stated it is “determined to continue operating forcefully against the Hezbollah terror organization, which decided to join the campaign and operate under the auspices of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to the civilians of the State of Israel and the residents of the North in particular.”
