Three Arrested for Setting Fire Near Military Base
Israeli police arrested three youths, aged 16-19, from eastern Jerusalem for a brush fire near the Oferet military base on June 13.
Jerusalem, 15 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Police reported that it arrested three suspects in the lighting of a fire in brush near the Oferet military base at Mt. Scopus in northern Jerusalem on June 13.
The suspects, aged 18, 19, and a minor aged 16, are residents of the village of Isawiya in eastern Jerusalem.
