Jerusalem, 7 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Nemetschek Group, a German-based international software company, will acquire Israeli-founded Firmus AI through its subsidiary Bluebeam, Inc., aiming to accelerate AI-driven innovation in construction workflows. Firmus specializes in preconstruction design review and risk analysis, using artificial intelligence to scan 2D PDF drawings for errors, scope gaps, and cross-discipline discrepancies.

By integrating Firmus’ technology into Bluebeam’s industry-standard platform, Nemetschek expects to boost early error detection, reduce costly rework, and streamline collaboration across global construction teams. Firmus, co-founded by Shir Abecasis, is expected to generate mid-single-digit million euros in annual recurring revenue by 2026.
