Jerusalem, 8 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) is continuing to strike infrastructure of the Hezbollah terror organization in Lebanon, such as weapons storage facilities and dozens of military sites were targeted. It has also eliminated Mustafa Ahmed al-Zein in the Beqaa Valley, an operative in the Hezbollah terror organization who maintained close ties to Iranian “Quds Force” elements. Mustafa Ahmed al-Zein had resided in Iran in recent years and from there managed his ongoing activities that assisted in advancing terror plots against the State of Israel.

In Dahieh, a neighborhood in Beirut, the headquarters and training compound of “Radwan Force” terrorists were struck. The unit’s terrorists who operated in the compound were preparing to carry out terror plots against IDF forces and civilians of the State of Israel.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to reduce the chance of harm to civilians, including advance warnings, use of precision munitions, and aerial observations.

The IDF said it will “continue to act forcefully against the Hezbollah terror organization, which decided to join the campaign and operate under the auspices of the Iranian regime, and will not allow harm to civilians of the State of Israel.”
