One Billion Shekels Allocated to Bring October 7 Terrorists to Justice

Israel's government approved a 1 billion shekel budget to bring October 7th "Nakba terrorists" to justice, funding infrastructure and operations.

Jerusalem, 2 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The government approved the budgetary framework for the prosecution of the Nakba terrorists, the perpetrators of the October 7 massacre, in what is being called the “Nakba Law.” According to the outline, the Ministry of Defense and the IDF (Israel Defense Forces) will be allocated over one billion Shekels ($340 million) between 2026-2029, for the purpose of “fulfilling their responsibility” to bring the Nakba terrorists to justice.

The budget will be used to establish the physical infrastructure required for the implementation of the law, including the court complex, the prosecution and the IDF headquarters, for the recruitment of 21, salary costs, maintenance and upkeep of the buildings, computer and ICT systems, and broadcasting, ICT, nutrition, medical, mobility, etc. services.

The security establishment will now begin, with government approval and the budget, all the necessary preparations to advance the judicial proceedings to bring the terrorists to justice.
