Three Soldiers Including Two Officers Wounded in Lebanon Drone Strike
Three IDF soldiers, including two officers, were wounded in a drone strike in southern Lebanon on Wednesday; one officer sustained serious injuries.
Jerusalem, 20 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) reported that, earlier today, Wednesday, a regular army combat officer was seriously wounded and a reserve combat officer was moderately wounded as a result of a drone strike in southern Lebanon.
Additionally, in the incident, an IDF reserve soldier was lightly wounded.
The combatants and the reserve soldier were evacuated to receive medical treatment at the hospital, and their families were notified.
