Three Hezbollah Terrorists Eliminated North of Litani River
The IDF's Givati Brigade eliminated three Hezbollah terrorists attempting to launch drones north of the Litani River, also finding and striking rocket caches.
Jerusalem, 1 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — In an operation carried out north of the Litani River in Lebanon, three terrorists who were operating to launch drones toward Israeli Forces were eliminated, and rockets ready for launch were located.
The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) explained that this occurred on Sunday as part of the current activities being carried out by its Givati Infantry Brigade to eliminate Hezbollah terrorists and destroy Hezbollah infrastructure north of the Litani River.
After the forces identified the three terrorists, Israel Air Force UAV array fighters eliminated the terrorists in precise strikes as they attempted to flee the area.
In addition to eliminating the terrorists, the forces began searches and located a weapons cache containing rockets and explosive drones ready for launch toward our forces. Following the activity of our forces in the sector, the cache was struck, and secondary explosions were identified indicating the presence of weaponry.
