This morning, Hezbollah violated the ceasefire in Lebanon and attacked our fighters within the Green Line.
Hezbollah attacked IDF soldiers within the Green Line, injuring three; Israel retaliated against terror headquarters used as human shields.
Three IDF soldiers were seriously injured in the attack. In response, the IDF attacked Hezbollah’s terror headquarters from which the order for the attack was issued. At this time, civilians were at the Hezbollah headquarters as human shields to falsely accuse Israel of intentionally harming civilians. The IDF operates in accordance with the policy of the political echelon and removes any threat to our forces and our citizens, both in Lebanon and in Gaza. We wish a speedy recovery to our wounded soldiers. The State of Israel will not tolerate any harm to its soldiers and will act with force against any threat.
