Jerusalem, 24 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) said it has attacked and destroyed in Gaza several weapons depots of the Hamas terrorist organization in recent days

In the past 24 hours, IDF forces attacked and destroyed three Hamas weapons depots in the central Gaza Strip. Among the weapons that were inside the depots and were destroyed as a result of the attacks were: anti-tank rockets, long weapons, RPGs, vests and other combat equipment.

In another incident earlier last week, IDF forces in the Southern Command attacked and destroyed another weapons depot containing explosives, RPGs, hand grenades and cartridges of the Hamas terrorist organization in the central Gaza Strip.

The weapons were intended to harm IDF forces operating in the Yellow Line area and citizens of the State of Israel, and were destroyed in order to eliminate the threat.

After the attacks, secondary explosions were detected indicating the presence of weapons in the depots.
