As of Thursday Morning 2,745 People in Israel Have Been Reported Wounded in Iranian/Hezbollah Attacks

Israel's Ministry of Health reports 2,745 wounded from Iranian/Hezbollah attacks by March 12, 2026, with 85 hospitalized.

Jerusalem, 12 March, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Ministry of Health updated that since the beginning of Operation Roaring Lion, the war with Iran, as of Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 7 AM, there have been 2,745 people wounded as the result of Iranian and Hezbollah attacks who needed to be evacuated to hospitals, of whom 85 people are currently hospitalized.

Of these people, 11 are in severe condition, 10 are in moderate condition and 64 are in mild conditions.

In the past 24 hours (from 7 AM yesterday to 7 AM this morning) 179 casualties of Attacks on Israel were treated.

Of these, four were in moderate condition, 157 mild condition and 18 suffered from anxiety.
