Jerusalem, 5 July, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics released the data from the “2025 Social Survey: Attitudes Towards Healthcare Services.”
Among those aged 20 and over who were hospitalized or whose immediate family member was hospitalized in the past year:
81% were satisfied with the medical care during hospitalization. 17% (409.3 thousand people) were not very satisfied or not at all satisfied with the treatment.
85% were satisfied with the treatment provided by the medical staff: 86% of women and 84% of men; 85% of those aged 20-44, 86% of those aged 45-64, 84% of those aged 65 and over; 84% of Jews and 89% of Arabs.
73% were satisfied with the physical conditions of hospitalization (such as the number of people in the room, ventilation, food, and cleanliness).
