Southern National Guard fighters of the Border Police operated in Bir Hadaj in the Negev – 10 drones suspected of being used for smuggling were seized, and 10 M16 rifles. In an operation conducted in cooperation with IDF forces and Southern District units of the Police, 19 suspects were arrested, including Shin Bet targets suspected of smuggling weapons. Many means suspected of being used for smuggling and crime infrastructure were also seized, five cannabis cultivation greenhouses were destroyed, and seven demolition orders were carried out.
