Israel Police and Shin Bet arrest four suspects, including a minor, in the murder investigation of Olga and Ruslan Prikhodko.
The arrest of four suspects, including a minor suspected of committing the murder, has been extended. In May, the couple Olga and Ruslan Prikhodko, may they rest in peace, were found lifeless in their vehicle near Mishmar Ayalon. Upon receiving the report, numerous police forces arrived at the scene and an investigation was opened, during which all investigative avenues were examined. The Inspector General of the Police, Commissioner-General Danny Levi, held a situation assessment at the scene of the incident with the Commander of the Central District, Superintendent Amir Cohen, at the end of which the investigation was assigned to the Central District’s Central Unit. Since the opening of the investigation, investigators from the Central District’s Central Unit, in cooperation with the General Security Service (Shin Bet), have been conducting an intensive and complex investigation during which the Yamam counter-terrorism unit of the Border Police, under the direction of the Central District’s Central Unit and the Shin Bet, arrested several suspects involved in the incident, including a minor who allegedly committed the murder. The court today extended the arrest of four suspects according to the needs of the investigation, while four additional suspects were released under restrictive conditions.
