Israel Police has begun investigating the circumstances of a serious road accident that occurred in Kfar Etzion, during which a 3-year-old child was seriously injured by a passing vehicle, after apparently descending to the road not at a crosswalk. The child was evacuated for further medical treatment at a hospital, and officers from Etzion station and Yehuda District are at the accident scene along with traffic accident investigators from the Judean and Samarian District, investigating the circumstances of the accident.
