Initial specifications indicate that a terrorist (29, resident of the village of Kafr Kaddum), arrived towards the farm armed with a knife, approached the people present, drew the knife and attempted to stab them. An armed citizen who was at the location drew his legally held weapon, fired at the terrorist, thereby neutralizing him and stopping the danger. Investigators from the Ariel station and forensic investigators from the Judea and Samaria district who arrived at the scene began collecting findings and testimonies, and the knife that the suspect allegedly used in the stabbing attempt was seized. The commander of the Samaria region held a situational assessment at the scene with the participation of the region’s command staff, and at its conclusion, the commander of the Judea and Samaria district instructed that the investigation of the incident be assigned to the minorities department in the central unit of the Judea and Samaria district.
