Foiling a criminal attack – prosecutor’s statement against three suspects in placing an explosive device in a residential home in Usfiya On 06.05.26, a report was received about the placement of an explosive device in a residential home in the locality.

Upon receiving the report, an investigation was opened by the Central Unit (YAMAR) of the Coastal District. As part of the investigation, YAMAR Coastal investigators carried out a wide range of overt and covert investigative actions, which led to the exposure of the identities of those involved. On 05.07.26, three suspects were arrested for involvement in the act, and their arrest was extended from time to time. Upon completion of the investigation and the formation of a significant evidentiary basis against the suspects, a prosecutor’s statement was filed yesterday, in preparation for the filing of a serious indictment.
