During the night, a violent disturbance occurred outside the Beit Shemesh station complex eight suspects were arrested. Jerusalem District police officers and Border Police fighters repelled the rioters from the station complex.

The rioters continued to try and block traffic while throwing stones at Route 38, and the forces acted to disperse them using force and crowd dispersal measures. During the operation, eight suspects were arrested for investigation. Order was restored at the scene and all routes were opened to traffic.
