Double murder attempt in Haifa solved On April 18, 2026, a report was received of a shooting incident on Ben Gurion Boulevard in Haifa, during which two men (aged 32 and 33) were seriously and lightly injured.

Haifa station police officers arrived at the scene, located the weapon that was hidden immediately after the shooting, and later that day arrested the suspect (33, Haifa). Investigators from the Carmel District’s Crime Fighting Unit conducted investigative actions that revealed the background to the shooting was a prior dispute between those involved. Upon completion of the investigation, a solid evidentiary foundation was formed, and today an indictment is expected to be filed for attempted murder.
