Central District police officers neutralized the terrorist involved in the attack (a resident of Tayibe) after a manhunt – the Commissioner and Commander of the Central District are at the scene. Police forces, Border Police fighters, and special units continue to conduct searches for additional suspects, and in doing so, the weapon used by the terrorist was located. The death of one of the injured was determined, in addition to five civilians who were injured with varying degrees of injury. The public is requested to remain vigilant, obey police instructions, and report any suspicious incident or person to the police.
