An indictment will be filed against her partner and his brother for the murder. On 15.4.26, in the evening hours, the body of a resident of Kafr Qasim was found inside her vehicle, burned, in an open area in the village. Upon receiving the report, the investigation was assigned to the Sharon Investigation Unit in the Central District, and the unit’s investigators began accelerated investigative actions. Within hours, her partner, a resident of Tel Sheva, was arrested in a joint operation with the undercover Border Police fighters of the Southern District. Subsequently, the suspect’s brother was also arrested on suspicion of involvement in the incident. The investigation revealed that on the day of the murder, the suspect met with Al-Touri in Rosh Ha’ayin, and the two drove together to an open area in the Nachshonim region, where they stayed for several hours. In the evening hours, Al-Touri sent a message to her friend stating that she felt something was wrong and feared something bad was about to happen, and that she wanted to leave the place. At some point, she got out of the suspect’s vehicle and began walking in the open area. Then, according to suspicion, the suspect accelerated his vehicle towards her, hit her forcefully, put her in his vehicle, and fled the scene. Immediately afterward, the suspect met his brother in Rosh Ha’ayin, with Al-Touri’s body in his vehicle. According to suspicion, the two returned to the deceased’s vehicle, which was parked in Rosh Ha’ayin, transferred her body to it, and drove towards an open area in Kafr Qasim. There, her partner set her vehicle on fire with her inside, exited the area on foot, and was picked up by his brother in his vehicle. From the totality of the evidence collected in the case, there is suspicion that the deceased was not only run over by the suspect but was also stabbed many times, and subsequently burned inside her vehicle to the extent that her body was completely disfigured. At the end of the investigation and in accordance with its findings, a statement of prosecution was filed yesterday by the Central District Prosecutor’s Office, and a severe indictment for murder, aiding, and obstruction offenses will be filed tomorrow.
