Jerusalem, 21 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based NanoCo announced $12 million in seed funding to expand its enterprise AI assistant built on its open-source framework NanoClaw. The round was led by Valley Capital Partners, with participation from Docker, Vercel, monday.com, Slow Ventures, Clutch Capital and Factorial Capital, alongside angel investors including Hugging Face CEO Clem Delangue.

NanoClaw has surpassed 250,000 downloads and nearly 29,000 GitHub stars since launch. The company is rolling out a secure “professional assistant” that integrates into Slack, Teams and enterprise systems, performing workplace tasks while enforcing sandboxed execution and policy controls via Docker infrastructure.

NanoCo says the system adapts to employees’ workflows and can run on local models for sensitive environments.
