Israeli Firm Stark Power Acquires U.S. Data Center Developer in 5.6-GW Deal

Israeli firm Stark Power has acquired U.S. data center developer Sagebrush Infrastructure Partners for 5.6 GW of hyperscale projects, enhancing AI and cloud.

Jerusalem, 9 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli energy and infrastructure development company Stark Power announced a definitive agreement to acquire U.S.-based Sagebrush Infrastructure Partners (SAGE), adding a 5.6-gigawatt hyperscale data center development pipeline across the central United States.

The portfolio includes five campuses under development, supported by co-located natural gas-fired power plants designed to provide dedicated electricity and reduce reliance on constrained power grids. Stark Power said the acquisition strengthens its ability to meet growing demand from artificial intelligence and cloud-computing operators seeking faster access to power. The deal also brings SAGE’s founding team, which has previously developed and monetized 4.2 GW of energy projects. Stark recently raised approximately $140 million from Israeli institutional investors to support expansion.
