Jerusalem, 24 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based fintech company Hypercore has raised $13.5 million in a Series A funding round led by global software investor Insight Partners, as it moves to launch an AI-driven administrative agent for private credit funds.

The funding will support the rollout of Hypercore’s AI Admin Agent, designed to automate and streamline loan servicing in a private credit market estimated at $3 trillion. Hypercore said traditional third-party administration remains highly manual and increasingly strained by portfolio complexity.

Hypercore’s platform already manages more than $20 billion in assets across over 10,000 loans. The company reported 3.5-fold growth in contracted annual recurring revenue in 2025, reflecting rising demand for AI-native financial infrastructure.
