Jerusalem, 23 February, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israeli artificial intelligence company Augmented Intelligence (AUI) has acquired Quack AI, a US–Israeli AI startup specializing in AI-powered customer service agents. The move is expected to significantly expand AUI’s research and development operations and double the size of its Israeli R&D team.
Founded in 2023, Quack AI develops trainable AI agents that help organizations automate and improve customer support, including handling complex, expert-level inquiries. AUI said Quack AI’s customers will continue to receive uninterrupted service, now supported by AUI’s infrastructure and technology.
