Jerusalem, 29 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The IDF announced today that it has eliminated Ahmad Naeem Maatouk, a senior Hezbollah Radwan Force operative. The elimination came after a targeted strike earlier today in southern Lebanon’s Sir El Gharbiyeh municipality. Maatouk, said the IDF, served as the operations officer of a Radwan Force battalion and was responsible for multiple terror plots against Israel. His actions violated understandings between Israel and Lebanon, the IDF added.
