Jerusalem, 15 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Terra Security, an Israeli-American cybersecurity startup, has raised $30 million in a Series A round led by Felicis, bringing its total funding to $38 million. The company, founded in 2024 by Israelis Shahar Peled (CEO) and Gal Malachi (CTO), has launched the first agentic-AI-powered continuous penetration testing platform, combining AI agents with human expertise to simulate real-world cyberattacks at scale.

Terra was also named the 2025 winner of the AWS & CrowdStrike Cybersecurity Accelerator, held with NVIDIA.

With operations in Israel and the US, Terra plans to expand R&D, grow its team, and broaden its offensive security capabilities.
