Jerusalem, 29 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Tel Aviv-based startup Gain has emerged from stealth with $12 million in seed funding to launch what it calls the world’s first “AI Employees” for procurement. The round was led by The Garage, with participation from BlueRed Partners and Israel’s Bazan Group, which is also piloting the technology.

Gain’s AI Employees manage end-to-end procurement tasks, from negotiations to contract execution, offering companies a pay-per-outcome model at a fraction of human cost. Tempo Beer Industries, Israel’s largest brewer, is also testing the system.

Founded by Michael Gabay, former CEO of Trigo, Gain plans to expand operations in the U.S. and Europe.
