Jerusalem, 26 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — During the night (Tuesday to Wednesday), 12 suspects were arrested for questioning in shooting incidents and thefts of military ammunition. In one of the raids, a suspect attempted to flee and was arrested after a chase by National Guard fighters, and in addition to him, illegal residents from Gaza were apprehended at the scene.

This was done as part of Operation “New Order” in the Negev, which was initiated by National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir and Commissioner Danny Levy, to “restore governance in the Negev,” specifically when it comes to violent and organized crime in Arab communities.

Meanwhile, during the morning on Wednesday, large forces of Israeli police operated to demolish illegal temporary structures in the Bedouin dispersion area opposite the Neveim settlement in the Negev.

In addition, three suspects were arrested this morning for blood revenge against the background of a conflict that began with a fight between children, and in the family compound, two stolen military weapons were seized.
