Jerusalem, 16 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli Construction tech company Buildots has acquired Genda, a U.S.-based workforce and safety management platform, marking what the firms call an industry-first move to connect progress and workforce insights on a single platform. The deal positions Buildots, founded in Tel Aviv in 2018, as a leader in unifying Construction productivity data through artificial intelligence.
“This acquisition represents the next milestone on the industry’s journey toward operational excellence,” said Buildots co-founder and CEO Roy Danon. Erez Dror, Genda’s founder, will continue to oversee operations from Austin, Texas, as Buildots integrates Genda’s data to enhance global construction efficiency and Visibility.
