Breaking News

Jerusalem, 24 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israeli med-tech startup Nanose Medical has won first place in both jury and audience votes at the Healthcare Innovation World Cup, held last week as part of Germany’s MEDICA exhibition, the world’s largest medical technology event.

Founded five years ago in collaboration with the Technion and Hadassah Medical Center, Nanose develops the AI-driven “DiaNose” device, which analyzes breath biomarkers to detect diseases such as lung cancer and advanced liver fibrosis. Supported by the Israeli Innovation Authority, the European Union, and Google, the startup is conducting clinical trials across Israel and Europe.

Co-Founder Ilay Marom called the double victory “extraordinary validation” of their technology, emphasizing its potential to save lives through early, non-invasive diagnosis.
