Jerusalem, 10 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — the israel tax authority reported that in October 2025, compared to October 2024, the decline in imports of white goods (major appliances) continued. Imports of refrigerators, washing machines, and dryers decreased by 54.3%, 47.6%, and 51.8% respectively. However, the importation of dishwashers increased by 20.1%.
Since the beginning of the year, imports of refrigerators and dishwashers have increased by 3.1% and 1.7%, respectively. Imports of washing machines and dryers, on the other hand, have decreased by 21.5% and 4.5%, respectively.
Imports of televisions increased by 11.1% in October 2025 compared to the same month last year. Cumulatively, January – October 2025 saw a decrease of 21.5% compared to January – October 2024.
