Jerusalem, 5 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Israel has received, via the Red Cross, the coffin of a fallen hostage, which was handed over to an IDF and ISA force inside the Gaza Strip, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s office confirmed.

Following a brief military ceremony, the body will then be taken in a convoy to the National Center for Forensic Medicine for identification.

If confirmed, it would bring the number of bodies in Gaza down to six.
