Jerusalem, 28 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Air Force in a Gaza airstrike eliminated the terrorist Hassan Mahmoud Hassan Hussein, who served as commander of the Nukhba section in the Al-Bureij Battalion of the Central Camps Brigade of the Hamas terrorist organization.
Hassan Hussein, along with the terrorist Muhammad Abu Atiwi, who was eliminated in October 2024, ordered the murder of innocent civilians who were hiding in a small roadside bomb shelter in the Re’im area during the October 7 massacre. He was also involved in the kidnapping of Israeli civilians.
As part of his role as commander of the Nukhba Division, he directed and executed a number of terrorist plots against IDF (Israel Defense Forces) units operating in the Gaza Strip.
