Jerusalem, 11 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Minister of Economy and Industry Nir Barkat revealed at the Gulf Conference that Indian Economy Minister Piyush Goyal will arrive in Israel next week with a delegation of businessmen to promote trade agreements with Israel.

The delegation of businessmen from India will visit Israel next Thursday, November 20, to promote business and trade with Israeli entities, with the aim of developing business and economic entrepreneurship between the countries.

The ministers will lead an India-Israel business seminar in Tel Aviv on November 20, followed by a one-on-one meeting between Israeli and Indian companies.

“Indians see and understand that the newly created geopolitical situation in Israel can be a leap forward for the Indian and Israeli economies,” said Barkat’s office.

The seminar “is expected to be one of the most significant economic activities since the war, paving the way for Israel’s expansion of trade with the fifth largest economy in the world,” added his office in a statement.
