Jerusalem, 7 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — In a joint statement, the IDF and the Shin Bet disclosed that, according to recent intelligence, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is en route to a designated location in southern Gaza, where they will receive a coffin containing the remains of a hostage. The IDF has asked for discretion and patience while the official identification process is carried out. The results will first be given to the hostages’ families. The statement reiterates that Hamas is required to comply with the agreement and make all necessary efforts to return the bodies of the hostages.
