Jerusalem, 19 October, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Red Cross has received from Hamas two coffins of fallen hostages tonight, the Israeli army said. The remains will be transferred to soldiers in the Gaza Strip, then taken to the National Center for Forensic Medicine for identification.
Hamas did not name the bodies handed over.
If the two bodies are confirmed, it would be bring to 16 the number of bodies still in Gaza.
