Jerusalem, 22 November, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Abdullah al-Haddidi, head of the supply department at Hamas’ weapons manufacturing headquarters, was the target of today’s Israeli airstrike in western Gaza City, according to an Israeli official cited by Israeli media.

The information about the attack and its target was originally reported by the Saudi network ‘Al Arabiya’ which had noted that “Abu Abdullah al-Hadid, was serving as the commander of the operations department in the armament apparatus of the Hamas military wing”.

The IDF has not publicly commented on the attack yet but, the same official is quoted to have said that it comes in response to a ceasefire violation earlier today when a Palestinian terrorist opened fire on troops in the Gaza Strip. He added that Israel had informed the US-led Civil-Military Coordination Center on the planned elimination of the Hamas commander in advance.
