Fake Valet Services at Ben-Gurion Airport Prompt Legal Action

Jerusalem, 2 September, 2025 (TPS-IL) — The Israel Airports Authority (IAA) warned travelers on Tuesday that ben-gurion airport does not offer valet parking, following reports of vehicles being driven hundreds of kilometers, damaged, and issued unexplained fines.

The IAA said unauthorized companies claiming to offer valet parking are acting illegally and that anyone using them assumes full risk.

In response to rising complaints, the Authority will pursue legal action, remove representatives from the airport, and block their operations. travelers are urged to use only official short-term or long-term airport parking, which includes free shuttles to terminals, especially ahead of the holiday travel rush.
