Jerusalem, 10 August, 2025 (TPS-IL) — Following the license granted to Elon Musk’s Starlink in 2024, and after completing all the required coordination with the company, Starlink began providing a basic service in Israel last week, which includes the establishment of fixed stations for households and public buildings that will enable satellite internet connections.

Starlink is a satellite internet constellation using 7,600 mass-produced small satellites in low Earth orbit from Elon Musk’s SpaceX. It provides services to about 130 countries around the world.
