Drugs and cash worth hundreds of thousands of shekels were seized, and dozens of traffic tickets were issued as part of an operation by Border Police fighters in the Central District and police officers from the Shar’at station in southern Tel Aviv.

Two suspects were arrested. As part of an enforcement operation conducted in southern Tel Aviv, forces searched Shoken Street in the city and seized materials suspected to be various types of drugs, including: cannabis, cocaine, MDMA, and additional substances, alongside packaging bags, scales, and other equipment suspected of being used for drug trafficking. In addition, 33,450 ILS in cash were seized at the scene, suspected to be funds related to drug trafficking offenses. As part of the operation, a suspect was arrested and transferred for further investigation at the Shar’at station. In a separate operation, a search was conducted in an apartment on Sha’arei Teshuvah Street in the city, after dangerous drugs were suspected to be held there. As part of the operation, forces seized over 228,000 dollars and over 31,000 ILS in cash, suspected to be funds originating from drug trafficking. A suspect who was at the location was arrested and transferred for further investigation at the Shar’at station.
