Jerusalem, 7 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) says its units have now completed their deployment at what it is calling the “anti-tank line” (a line to push back Hezbollah anti-tank missile teams from firing on Israel) in Lebanon and are continuing operations in the area to “strengthen the front defense line and eliminate the threat to residents of the north.”

Forces of the IDF’s 98th Paratroopers Division are operating at points where the IDF said operational control has been achieved in order to clear the area of terrorists and terrorist infrastructure, in parallel with the fire attack effort against Hezbollah’s centers of gravity.
