Jerusalem, 10 May, 2026 (TPS-IL) — The IDF (Israel Defense Forces) eliminated earlier on Sunday armed Hamas Nukhba Force terrorists and additional terrorists who posed a threat to its forces operating in the Gaza Strip.
This came after Israeli Forces identified earlier today the Nukhba terrorists from Hamas who, said the IDF, were “acting to advance terror plots in the immediate timeframe against IDF forces in the southern [Gaza] Strip.”
In an additional incident Saturday night, combat teams operating in northern Gaza Strip identified two terrorists who carried out what were described as “suspicious actions” on the ground in the area of the Yellow Line, and approached the forces in a manner that posed an immediate threat.
In both incidents, the Israel Air Force, guided by the ground forces, eliminated the terrorists in order to remove the threat.
The Yellow Line marks the areas where Israeli forces are continuing to operate under the Gaza ceasefire agreement: Israel controls everything to the east, north and south of the line and Hamas and other terrorists are prohibited from crossing it.
