Jerusalem, 22 June, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Israel’s Central Bureau of Statistics reported that in May 2026 the country’s Trade Deficit in goods (excluding diamonds) amounted to 10.3 billion Shekels ($3.45 billion).

Exports of goods (excluding diamonds) amounted to 17.5 billion Shekels ($5.85 billion). Of the total exports of goods, exports to European countries accounted for 32%, exports to American countries 30%, exports to Asian countries 21%, and the remaining 17% to the rest of the world.

Imports of goods (excluding diamonds) amounted to 27.8 billion Shekels ($9.3 billion). 45% of imports were from European countries, 30% from Asian countries, 14% from American countries, and the remaining 11% from the rest of the world.
