Jerusalem, 30 April, 2026 (TPS-IL) — Two cargo ships and several military transport planes delivered 6,500 tons of weapons and equipment to Israel within 24 hours as part of an expanded air and sea supply operation for the military, the Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
The shipments, coordinated with the U.S. Department of Defense, included air and ground munitions, military trucks and JLTV combat transport vehicles. The cargo arrived at the ports of Ashdod and Haifa before being transferred to bases across the country.
Since the Strikes on Iran began on February 28, Israel has received more than 115,600 tons of military equipment through 403 flights and 10 maritime deliveries.
